I have been serving my homemade salsa in my Colorado restaurant for 10
years. In 2003 I started bottling and selling my salsa and the
response has been phenomenal. I currently ship to more than 22
states, including Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico and these folks
know their salsas!

The secret is in the amount of fresh ingredients I use. Everything has become so complex in our world today…I believe in the “back to basics” approach to cooking. It’s healthier, less expensive and a lot more fun!
Growing up in a family of 13, my grandmother taught me to cook and bake as soon as I was old enough to stand on a stool. Some of my earliest memories are of rolling pie crusts and kneading bread dough with an apron hanging down to my ankles. I still enjoy cooking very much and look forward to producing many new products in the near future. My six year old son Sam is growing up the same way, however, he has a pint-sized apron all his own!
